Speaker rings... these things don't make sense!!

They are the crutchfield rings... but anyway I put them they don't line up... am I just going to have to drill new holes or what? Maybe one of you knows which of the holes to line it up with.. but i'm getting pissed here... it took UPS all freakin day to get here as it is.

I kind of had this same problem, What kind of speakers are you installing? I put Infiniti Referance 6010cs into mine. Needed to 'modify' the bracket slightly but it fit. Let me see if I can find pictures. That bracket looks simmilar to what you have..

If you're using similar brackets to what I got with mine, you should have a plastic ring (which in your picture) as well as a metal ring. Screw the plastic ring into the door panel with bronze screws, then screw the metal ring into the plastic with smaller black screws. (I needed to use a dremel tool and saw the ends of the screws off so they fit flush to the bracket.) If you need pictures, let me know, I'm in the process of installing so my door panel's still off.

I was talking about the rears, but I did finally get them in. The didn't send me the door handle tool and I don't want to take the panels off without them... I just don't want to scratch the door. Anyway, yeah some pics for the front would be cool just so I can see how you are doing yours if you don't mind posting them.

You could always make custom ones like I did.
