Tuned on wrong spark plugs

My car has been misfiring like crazy and so the first thing i do was change the plugs to diagnose it. Bam! problem goes away. Car pulls like a freight train now. Upon further inspection of the old plugs that were misfiring i see that these are the wrong plugs but they were in the car when it was getting dyno tuned. I was just wondering if the car should be fine now with the new plugs? I replaced them with oem plugs and its running perfect. Any help is appreciated.

If the car is running "perfect" now then I can't suggest anything else.
How is your AFR now?
