Stock Fuel System?

How terrible is the stock fuel rail and regulator???

im gettin tuned soon and am ordering injectors this week.. either 880's or 1000's ..

i was wondering if you guys would reccomend getting an adjustable FPR????
also how good is the stock fuel rail???

I think if your going above 750cc's you should probably get a fuel pump and regulator because theres a good chance 880s + will be starved of fuel, but im running 750s on stock fuel system and im doing ok

Your stock regulator and rail will be fine with those injectors. If you decide to do one or the other, i'd do the rail. Good luck.

fic 1250s here on stock rails/regulator. Fic bluemax is a really good injector

I have run 880s and 1250s on stock regulator/rail/lines. With a single walbro on 93 octane. No problems.

I have heard that once you start making over about 650whp the entire fuel
system needs to be upgraded including an aftermarket regulator as well.
Mainly because the fuel pressure will typically need to be higher than the stock 43.5psi
at WOT.

That's so wrong. Yes the base fuel pressure should be at 43.5 but it rises about one psi for every one psi of boost. If it stayed at 43.5psi at WOT under full boost, we'd all have problems.
