Check Engine/ Weird boost/ Low idle

I've gone through the forums to see if this has happened to anyone else!!
My Evo 1 just recently started acting weird, For starters once the car gets up to full running temp I have a loss of power, my RPM gauge drops off to 2200, boost spikes to 10 psi and holds steady, and A/F dropps off the charts!! The first time it happened I checked all the electronics and found a completly Blown coil pack! With that replaced I went for a test drive and it happened again!!! This time I checked everything that I could pull out, all vac lines, checked the turbo, I/C hoses, throttle body, spark plugs and all fuses!! It's idle its really rough and sounds like a Subaru Boxer engine!! I Cannot figure it out! PLEASE HELP

For background I've got aftermarked headders, intake filter, iridium plugs, Moroso wires, and I'm not sure for internals!! Boost is at 21psi!!

I hope that someone can help
