Timing belt help
not sure if this is the right spot for this or not.
doing my timing belt this week, was wondering what you guys would recommend as far as a strong t-belt goes. looking into the HKS and the power enterprise kevlar. anyone have any experience using these good or bad?
tried the search function already pretty much only got FS posts.
edit: btw, car gets autocrossed twice a month, and occasionally goes to the drag strip

Gates seem to have a good track record, esspecially considering the price compared to the hks for example

I have used a 60k mile stock belt to lift a 3.8 v6 out of a junk car so in my opinion they are damn strong.

stock belts aren't bad, I went with the buscher kit when I did my timing belt, iirc it comes with a greddy kevlar belt.
Just did the cams and springs this past weekend, belt looked great.
