Coolant flow rate for Evo VIII/IX turbo?

Does anyone know the coolant flow rate requirements/factory specs for the Evo8/Evo9 turbo? Trying to figure out what would be needed to create a closed loop cooling system for the turbo.

don't want to sound like a moron or a newb... but why would you want a closed loop coolant system for the turbo?

Basically because I am using the turbo in a non-Evo application. I could not imagine why someone would on the car it was designed for. They work great for what they were designed for.
