the stock rail is OK!
I will go for a new gas pump a walboro 255 high presion and also a HKS fuel regulator and if you want a summit clock inside your engine as a manometer or maybe you prefer a clock inside you car! your choice

The stock regulator works quite well IMO. I've ran "big" turbo w/ 1000cc with the stock regulator with no issues at all. It kept up perfectly fine as i watched my fuel pressure on the dyno. Good luck.

I was told by AMS that the factory rail is good to about 1000 hp and the regulator is the same way the pump and injectors must be swapped after about 450 thou.

What is the rest of your fuel setup? Just putting in big injectors (all else being equal) wouldn't ever require an aftermarket regulator....err....that is assuming the injectors are meant to operate at stockish fuel pressure.
