Wow, that's good to know. I didn't know the evo MAS could go that high. I did know that evo hz and 1g DSM hz are different (different flow per hz).
Anyway, I was going to switch to a GM MAF, but heck maybe I should switch to an Evo MAS instead!

Chris -- Huge congrats! How are you able to run so much boost on just 93 octane? Are you icing the intake or something ??? Out of curiosity which FMIC are you running? Again, congrats on keeping the stock ECU and amazing 93 tune...

it's the combination of the right supporting mods working in concert. I'm running the Buschur Race FMIC...no need to ice anything. When I go to the track I don't use ice and I don't even unload my 30-40lb tool box. I get off on having a true daily driver on the track. The only change I make are the tires because traction is hopeless on the stock rubber from a dig.
I finally did a g-tech pull with the new turbo (HTA86) DLL dyno shows 633awhp on 93 octane at 32.5psi peak. I aborted the run half way through 4th, shifted to 5th and coasted for a bit.
60' 1.77 (using low boost to launch and high boost in 2nd gear on)
10.8 @ 128
just a teaser but it sure is nice having a stock trim full weight bona fide 10 second daily driver.

I went out this morning on c16 and eased the boost up to 40psi...some pretty nice gains after 8 or so tuning pulls. I haven't touched the timing yet so there may be more in it. The EBC solenoid died on the last pull, it isn't reading boost and only gives me wastegate boost (20psi) now. I have a spare solenoid and will be changing it out later, I hope that works.
the first chart is the new one and the second is c16 @ 40psi vs 93 @ 33psi. Keep in mind I went 10.41 @ 135 when I had 600awhp in DLL with a 1.68 60' on the 17" BFG drag radials

Hey Mellon, I've been following the progression of your car for awhile now on RVF. I love the car. Have you heard of Mooremax Performance in Murfreesboro? They have a stock ECU/MAS Evo that dyno'd at 637hp on C16. I dont remember the numbers of the car on pump gas, but that was the number they hit on (I believe) 32.5 psi with the C16. The video is on Streetfire for sure. You can check it out, just search Mooremax Performance. Its a sick car, daily-driven, full-interior and all. Kevin knows what he's doing he's doing, he's done all my tuning. BTW they're running a 4088 or 4094.

yep, I saw their website and it was very confusing regarding the mods on the car...I suspect the site is out of date because the pictures didn't match the mod list or something like that IIRC. Also there were no track times to back up the dyno numbers so I left the site wondering if it was legit since I don't know the shop's reputation. If you know them, maybe you can ask them to post in here and fill us in.

Well, I know this may sound fishy, but the car was rear-ended the other day and is probally totalled. The car WILL be running again, just not sure how long it will be. I know all the bashing of the car ( and me for starting this conversation about said car) is about to start because of this "approriately timed accident", so on that I will leave the thread alone until it is back up and running.
But I'm not sure if the car was ever run at the track, for the fact it has never seen a set of slicks or even DRs. We were all planning to go up to Clarksville and run up there tonight just to see what it would do, but seeing as how the rear bumper and rear suspension is sitting where the rear wheel is supposed to be, this was not possible. lol. Hopefully it will be back together within a couple of months and can bring it down to Memphis and get some track numbers to go with the dyno numbers.
But to Mellon, nothing against your car like I said, much Kudos to you all. I just would like to see what the two cars would do side by side, or even just compare the numbers when the car is repaired to the way its supposed to be, and not the way it sits. lol. It is funny though that the only 2 cars in the conversation are from the same tiny little state... and it aint one that you would think of!

Also, they're not much on the internet forum thing. If you want, PM me, and I can put you in touch with Kevin who runs the shop. He is a great guy and is always happy to discuss the mods on their car and anything Evo related.

oh bummer about the luck and no I'm not that big of a conspiracy theorist to doubt the claims, there just wasn't enough info on the site...since dyno's are all different, I'll just wait to hear the e.t./mph/weight
that would be cool if they came down to Memphis to hit the track or just talk shop.
