Yeah! Im running a Evo IX GSR turbo in my Evo IV. What is the Max power output/ boost with that turbo?

The largest turbine housing available for the TD05-16G (bolt-on for VIII turbo) is the 10.5 cm²?

The only thing that I'm missing from all the wicked specs are the flange dimensions, For the manifold to the turbo. Especially for the Evo 1 W/ stock turbo? PLEASE HELP!!

i dunno if this is off topic, but i was wondering if anyone knew the inlet diameter for the 9 stock turbo, but very good thread, theres alot of helpful info on here thanks guys

1.6 boost level was the turbo’s limit with the temperatures it generates at 6000 RPM which was the designs limitations.

what about the 05 i heard that they have the best turbo out of the evo 8 lineup. i know mines the 10.5..

for a evo 8 yes port that lil sucker and it will treat ya right
I've had a stock 8 turbo 10.5hs, fully ported 8 turbo 10.5hs, ix turbo (come 10.5hs) and now a green on my car. I'd say for the cheapest upgrade go directly to a ix turbo  or just port the 8 turbo if you can do it or have someone do it and the one I had on my car was ported on the turbo outlet part as well as the intake side and ported 10.5hs on it  but if you've got a chance to grab a ix turbo for cheap then snag it
