Can't drive past 20mph
Well I bought a car at the repo auction and I coundnt drive it because it had drivetrain issues. took it apart and it was a bad clutch changed that and drove it for about a mile at 30mph and it bogs and I can barely of past 15mph. It has alot of black smoke. Car has exhaust, cams, cam gears, Perrin fuel rail ,ebg, and a apexi afc, any guidance will be apperciated thanks

check the engine- take off the top and see if the pistons are in the correct depth- check for bent rods. Before that check the compression of each cylinder. If you cant pass 15mph speed than it is some ultra serious hardware problem which we will never solve for you via this forum- take that car into a shop and dismantle the engine- check the program if its stand alone ecu equiped, check the valves- belts etc. Just off my head I could list over a hundred thing which can be the problem.

Not sure if you tried, but I had the same problem, thought my engine was blown. Looked under the car and saw the LICP completely disconnected just hanging, but never had black smoke. I had to keep changing gears just to go 15-20 mph. Reattached, ran like a champ. I always try the cheap fixes first, then move onto the bigger ones. Just check for boost leaks and make sure all clamps are secured would be the first step.

Sounds like it'r unning ultra rich. Will the engine hold an idle? Any mechanical noises; e.g. knocking? Look for disconnected hoses or piping? Pull the spark plugs and check their condition. Any CEL's? O2 sensors OK?

ok good that your car is running good now, but if your the second owner of the car ill just take it to a shop near you (( performance shop )) and have them do a tune up and a complete check up including boost leak and ,,,,
