Smile Evo 4 Ecu

Anyone tell me if an evo 4 ecu can be flashed,in case it cant i've a spare evo 5 ecu..nitrous

No it can not be flashed. You will have to rewire in that V ecu also. The V's had two 4 wire O2 sensors where as our IV's only have one 2 wire O2 sensor.
