i need some expert advise??!!!

i have a 2006 mitsu evo MR and put alot of mods in it! GT35R, Brian Crower Stroker, 4in intake, 3.5 exhaust, Stand alone AEM, 1000CC injectors, AEM Fuel system kit, HKS 272 CAM, you name it... but!!! i get this fuel sputter that makes the car disabled and i gotta pull over to the side of the road and get it towed... now... can it be the fuel lines ( electronically ) may have a malfunction? or the evacuation port isnt controlled by the AEM? what? has anyone else experienced this problem? I thought it was because i was burning too rich and fouling out the spark plugs but we disabled the AEM sensor..... some one talk to me?

my car was tuned by chris from AMS in hawaii, now that i moved to kentucky i had it tuned by charles from auto motion in louisville....who to me did alot better job but i still have that problem...
