Need 3 wire EGT gauge recommendation

I have Turbo XS's EGT set up to use with my UTEC and Tuner Pro.

I want to plug the type K thermal coupler (EGT sensor) into a regular gauge to display the EGT's when I'm not logging or tuning with it. It uses 3 wires. Any ideas?
