Ecutek transfer/sale? How can it be done?

Does anyone have experience/knowledge about what would be needed to sell my Ecutek flash? (going to a piggyback) I assume I need to just sell my flashed ECU as a whole and that my new ECU and the old one will need to be coded for the new keys. Couple questions though...

1. Can the Ecutek be used to program the key for the new owner, or is it a dealer only service?

2. If dealer only, will it overwrite the Ecutek flash or not when the new owner has it done?

3. What type of costs will be involved in the switch, and then what would be a fair price given those fees?

...and of course there are the logistics of making sure the new owner is immediately tuned, swapping the ECUs, etc...

Thanks for the help!

YES WE CAN. WE NEED THE OLD ECU TO PULL THE DATA FIRST HOWEVER TO DO SO. THE NON-FLASHED ECU WOULD HAVE TO BE CODED WITH THE MUT-III TOOL TO WORK IN THE SELLER'S CAR.

2. If dealer only, will it overwrite the Ecutek flash or not when the new owner has it done?
EVIDENTLY THE DEALER MUTT TOOL CAN READ THE ECUTEK FLASHED ECU, BUT IT CANNOT REPROGRAM IT. AN ECUTEK DEALER WOULD HAVE TO REPROGRAM THE PROPER UNIQUE ID CODE.

3. What type of costs will be involved in the switch, and then what would be a fair price given those fees?
IT IS UP TO THE ECUTEK AUTHORIZED ECU FLASH DEALER TO ESTABLISH COST FO THIS SERVICE. I WOULD DO IT FOR $50 + SHIPPING.
