I would like to make something perfectly clear!!
Hello all,
I just wanted to say that we asked for this part of the forum for a reason.
I understand that there are many "tuners" out there with various reflashing programs and tuning philosophies.
Actually, there are only two, Techtom and EcuTek for the Evo's right now.
For a couple of years we have weighed our options on which company to go with.
We've found that many have used the Techtom software with success. We have also found that those same "tuners" have had a variety of problems tuning not really with the software, but with their particular skills used in tuning their customers vehicles.
After careful consideration we chose EcuTek. We found that with proper knowledge and tuning philosphies the EcuTek program will in fact, be and is the superior reflashing program for the line of EVOs in this and many other countries.
Now don't get me wrong, there are some great tuners out there like Works, KTR, Mynes Performance, to mention only a few. They are good friends of mine and will continue to be. I am obviously not speaking about them, but I guess with them.
Quietly, these great companies know and understand the differences between what I speak of. I am from a breed that will speak out about it and put it out there for scrutiny.
So I look foward to meeting our future clientel with honesty and great expectations for their investment.
