Thats the xml file that is in "my documents/evoscan2.9/data settings/mitsi mutll efi"
Only copy of evoscan on my laptop. 2.9

I do run windows xp on a macbook air usng vmware fusion. Similar set-up as the OP in this thread that was having the same issues.

I don't think thats the issue though, because I've been able to edit with previous versions of evoscan running on this system. I may just have to live with it for now as it seems to log with no problems. Its just a pain to have to go into the xml and change thing manually.

I'm having this problem now, trying to add a omni 3 bar map. Anyone ever solve this?

I'm having the same exact issue- very frustrating. The solution mentioned by OP does not work for me however...
