I made the corrections to my circuit and it looks like I am in business. Free air outputs 1.62V, E10 outputs 2.04V and what is roughly E90 outputs 4.57 volts.

Next step is to get the fittings to install the flex fuel sensor into the car.

Many thanks to you. I wouldn't have attempted this without the circuit schematic you provided. Thanks to Evoredy and AST also.

Will this patch work for the 8859X715 ID (Evo 9) or only Evo 8 IDs?

It only works with 9653X706 ROMS which are Evo 8. If you want a version for the Evo 9 you will have to do the development work or find someone to do it for you.

I read through this thread briefly, and theres no Evo 9 support. Im down to put some serious time into this and develop a patch for the Evo 9. But I have no clue on how the patching or hex works. Im googleing it now but if you guys can give me some pointers and help. Even website links are great.

also i have basically unlimited access to a dyno for my Evo 9, so im pretty sure i can get this working pretty well. And I have access to E85, and an Evo, and I can tune. And i can write C,

Email me, im not always on the forums.
Im really serious about this and would like to put together a Dev team for it.

Here are the things that will need to be done:
1. Get a copy of IDAPro 6.1 and teach yourself how to use it. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...l-request.html

2. Download Acamus script ecurom.idc and use it to help disassemble and tag your rom. http://code.google.com/p/ecurom/sour...asm/ecurom.idc

3. Get a copy of the Renesas (Hitachi) SH4B instruction code manual for reference.

4. Teach yourself assembly

5. The rest is documented by evoready here -> https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/10991901-post171.html

Will this ever be possible for the Evo 9? I would love this. I want to keep my 93 map, and get a e85 map while staying on the stock ECU.

I've tuned a evo 9 on it already so yes. and as of right now the version we use is not public, but will be soon available through me. so there is light at the end of the tunnel. it has a ton of blender tables also.

Very soon. Its going to be going into my evo 8. It wont be to much longer before we have a finished product available to public. Its not just a rom either, its hardware also. The hardware is very cool and will be priced very well also.
