logging boost with jdm evo 7

can evoscan log boost on a jdm car that came factory with a 3 bar map sensor? if so is anyone aware how to do it or what calculations evoscan needs to do it, ive tried just ticking "boost" and "jdm map" but its seams wildly inaccurate. as per usual any help is appreciated

Give it a try...

Hi,

What rom is in your car?

Mine is 98640014 and I use this formula, it gives an approximate of the value.

(2byte Load - Baro) * 0.145

I don't remember the thread where i read that, while trying to find the info
on how to log the jdmmap sensor that our cars have (without success )

Hopefully someone more experienced may chime in.

Best regards,

yes i am logging 2 byte load, so what would be the exact code i need to enter into evoscan to do this, do i have to set a "custom" item to log and then enter a code?
