Need v1.3 of Ecuflash
I need to re-install an old version of Ecuflash because I have the old 1.3 tactrix cable. My computer crashed and I had to reboot. I lost my copy.

I tried the newest version, but it's not recognizing my cable. The device manager also can't detect it.
