Pegging 380 load with Evo IX

Im only pegging it at peak torque, this is with a bbk full turbo. Would you guys reccomend to just live with it, or would you eliminate the load limit?

if your *just* pushing the limit and not going over by a lot maybe just reduce the boost a tad and add some more timing instead..

Well this is on e85 at only 28 psi so far, I was hoping to see how it liked 30 psi.

first off make sure you check for boost leaks before continuing with you tuning as boost leaks will give high load readings.

I couldnt find where you posted them for the 88590015. Sorry for the trouble but if you could post that for me I would greatly appreciate it. Unless someone could direct me to the correct thread, I read all through the "Whats the max load you guys are seeing" thread and couldnt find what I needed to do.

Thanks again

How did the stock turbo like pushing that much boost? It seems like a lot of boost to me even on e85 just because it might be out of the thermal efficiency of the turbo.

Updated the other thread with 88590015, I'm really rusty on this stuff, my head is full of other things You'd be better converting to SD though, it is smoother at idle and lift off, and allows you to remove a MAF that has now been shown to be restrictive by those converting to SD, especially if you combine it with a larger inlet tract.

Ok so it should just show up in the misc section of ecuflash, and set them both to 0009? Thanks very much

All it makes for is a nice tq slam haha other then that it doesn't do much. It will hit that and tapper fast. At the track i can only get it to hit 29 right now but my intake cam is retarded like 18 degree's so that might be affecting it.

But ya its way outta the efficency range.

How much do you taper by? lol yeah i figured it was way out of the efficiency range of the TD05. DO you do anything to combat the heat? like water meth or cry02 spray? Oh lol your on the Td04 anyhow since you have an VIII. But since it seems to run and you are doing well its not bad ha ha.

No i got the evo 9 turbo on it.

I'll have to look next time i go for a drive, I need a map sensor so i can show a boost plot.
