timing at idle help

this is my original post
Bad idle help? (vid inside)

Someone said i should try adding a few degrees of timing at idle. Im new to my ecu flash and havent really messed with it nor had the time to read some stickys.

Just wondering if someone could post a generic timing map and highlight where i should add a few degress too.

thanks

for you, 0-1500rpm from zero load to 40 should do the trick, or you can bring your idle speed down and add timing from 0-1000rpm and 10-40 load cells
