injector setting vrs ecu
hi,
have got the ecu+ working in my evo 8.
with my limited mods the only real setting corrected is the injector size, from stock to 660. ( I have some low- mid lean at spoolup, but not knock inducing.).
When I get ready to download to the ecu via ecuflash will the corrected injector size in the ecu map have the same impact as the change I made in ecu+?
I notice a great deal of dithering people are doing with latencies and such on the ecuflash board, when they make injector size changes.
As a note of reference, on my 8, I have a white rabbit turbo, (ebc), ported head and 1 over valves, catless aftermarket turbo back, 660 injectors, smallish 264 hks cams.
As you can see in each case just a small step up on the mod scale, the net result, nearly a stock ecu will run it.
