Log file trimming

At the request of Mad_VIII and others, I went ahead and implemented log file trimming. Basically, if you've captured a bunch of data, and just want to save a short hunk of it, you can strip out the parts of the big captures you don't care about.

See screenshots.

You Rock Tom,

I know I keep throwing out the requests... I promise I will stop once the palm to windows log conversion is fixed :-)

PS. I have not been able to locate the logs from beta3 so I am very sorry I could not contribute better data to help you sort out the last few bugs, But I will be happy to help test future beta's and now know that when testing the beta firmware I need to keep the laptop in the car and logging all the time on a fresh battery..

Thanks Again!
