Question ECU + Help with dyno Pull

I just bought an EVO 8 2003 and it came with the ecu + installed already. I thought that I would go out last night and try to dyno it. I went from bottom of 2nd to top of second and coasted back to a stop. I then saved capture and then reopened it and went to dyno analysis. It said I had 250 whp and 450 wtq. I dont think this is correct. There is quite a few mods on it including 22 psi but it would make more hp if the figures were correct. If someone could tell me the proper technique for a dyno pull and the proper zoom for the rpm graph to give a consistant and reliable dyno pull that would be fantastic.
My mods are: helix catback and downpipe. UR high flow cat. K&N intake. Buscher FMIC. N-tercooler kit. Walkbro 255 fuel pump. Blitz boost controller. 720 fuel injectors. Vivid fuel rail. Pushing about 23 psi atm. It should make decient power at the wheels but the hp and tq numbers should be much closer together. I forgot to save the capture, i was so frustrated last night with the crappy results that I just deleted the file. Thanks for the help.

I try and get a time sample from about 2000 rpm to 7900 rpm, then trim it down if I see the graph take a weird spike at the end, also make sure the ECU+ knows it was a 2nd gear pull and not a 3rd gear pull
