Around 45-60 depending where you get them from. They're really comfy. They are my daily shoe, haha. The heels do start to fall apart with everyday wear though.
I've seen them in white with black stripes, various white/beige and I think maybe some white with blue stripes. I dont know much about those, as I buy the black ones from soccer shops. I get the normal leather ones, as those are, they do have kangaroo leather versions too... but they are more expensive. It's supposed to be better for soccer though, somehow...

I use 'Floris Vanbommel' shoes, which are in fact a pair of sneakers, but they're excellent for drive and don't stand out as just "driving shoes".
Floris Vanbommel is a Dutch design shoe maker

just use what shoe that u feel u are best in
as in
the pedal feel etc
if u are used to one shoe
its wise not to change it
but if your current shoe is hindering your driving
then u better change it
or else it will be pretty dangerous
but for driving shoe
i think puma will be one of the most affordable and semi driving shoe

I used to have a pair of Puma Romas that were great for driving and thin enough to have great pedal feel. Personally I would like to get another pair of those for daily driving and some Alpines for the track eventually.
