Going back to single disc setup instead of twin what will i need?

I bought my car w a carbonetics twin in it. Im going back to a act single what will I need im thinking the rod for the slave cylinder.
Flywheel and maybe flywheel bolts and pressure plate bolts or do they come with the clutch kit?

Before anyone flames why I would go back to a single, I cannot stand the noise created by the twin disc, and I do not drag race the car.

My QM is too much for street driving, i will most likely switch back to a single disk or something smoother in the near future.

We've had good success with the Ralliart 1,245kg pressure plate and standard clutch disc.
