Question Help!!!! Exedy Twin HD ?

So after 2 years of being down (blown engine and the second child kicked my butt and ate all my time my car is ready to be back on the road.
Last night I went to put and put the clutch in (used Twin HD with new friction plates).
What I don't remember is how tight the assembly is after the final bolts are torqued down. I could not spin the plates with the attached allignment tool. I triple and quadruple-checked with Exedy diagram. Plate A goes outside close r to the tranny and plate B is closer to the engine. They are turned properly per markings on the plates to face the transmission. Once I removed the alignment tool the entire assembly is so rigid I thought I must have jammed something.
Could anyone please verify if it is supposed to be like this. It's been a long while.
TIA

Are you talking about the allen bolts? If so, I recall 23lbs, star pattern. Also, did you use Loctite on the flywheel bolts, its very important!
