Shifting at high rpm's...

So are the stock trannies tough to disengage at high rpm's, say over 72-7500? The few times I've done a 3rd gear pull it's hard to get out of gear, and by hard I don't mean I have to yank it out, it just catches. I know the car has some type of organic clutch but not sure what kind...ok I'm not SURE, but that's what I was told Just curious if this is how the stock trannies are and if so what type of tranny service can address this, a rebuild by Shep, TRE? I've also changed the fluids every 20k since having the car.

Thanks!

I can't really tell how 'serious' you're saying the issues seems to you but... generally speaking, I never really had a problem shifting at high RPMs. Then again I don't go that high that often. Also, I vaguely remember feeling a little notchiness, but that all but went away with the bushing swap.
