OEM, MT90, red line is a very dirty oil, not a lot of people will reccomend it for DD
AMSOIL has some great 75-90 for heavy gear, its 100% synthetic
hope this helps

I would recommend what Shep Transmissions recommends which is redline fluids. Go with what a known builder know's works well.

amsoil MTG or Redline MT-90 or OEM Mitsu. I have used all three and so far I like amsoil the best. To be honest they all shift awesome aka slang term "like butter" but the real test for where I am located is the extreme weather below 32F and amsoil seems to give me better cold starts for that matter. I mean the first 10-15 minutes of initial drive after you started your car for a minute or two. I live in NJ btw.

My car is hard to shift at first when its cold but after it warms up its not to bad. My car has 55,000 on it and im not sure if the previous owner has changed the fluid. Do you think I should just do it anyway?
