clutch or the tranny problem?

I have an Evo MR and i need help whether its something to do with my clutch or if my transmission is about to just blow any moment. I only had this car for 6 months and seems like this car gives me a lot of problems and i don't abuse the hell out of this car. But last night i raced my friend and later today while i was driving, i can hear a chattering noise. It sounds like the throw out bearing to me but i'm not quite sure with that and want to know if anyone had the same problem with the MR. When i press on the clutch pedal it's not smooth and it feels like a small vibration. everytime i let go of the clutch, the chattering noise becomes really loud and when i press on it, the noise dies out. when i shift it to 2nd and 3rd gear, sometimes it grinds and sometimes it don't at all. if it is the tranny issue, i think i'm going to just go for a 5 speed conversion and does anyone know the estimate price of getting it done? Much help will be appreciated

it seems like your clutch isnt disengaging all the way. do you have an aftermarket clutch? usually if you have an aftermarket clutch like a ACT stage (whatever) you get alot of chatter.
