Took the transmission off and started with the flywheel. make sure everything was tight all the way up to the motor mounts. Took 12 hours to take the trans off and put it all back together. But no more bad vibrations.

When were you getting the vibrations? Accel, or de acceleration?

I was getting the vibrations at around 3K rpms with the clutch in and 3.5K rpms with the clutch out. which i figured might be the clutch. which led me to taking the transmission off and finding out that the clutch and transmission were all tight and in proper working order.

The majority of the vibrations was most noticeable at the driveshaft. I found that out by putting the car on a lift and revving it up to 3K-3.5K rpms and tracked down the vibrations to the driveshaft. Well since nothing changed with the driveshaft i figured it had to be before the drive shaft.

If "vibrations at around 3K rpms with the clutch in and 3.5K rpms"
it wouldn't be the driveshaft that would be speed dependent.

It wasnt speed dependant because it wasnt moving when i was getting the vibrations. It was all engine vibrations that caused the vibrations to be most noticeable at the driveshaft.

I think it might have been my rear motor mount. I think it was loose or something.
