Exclamation Transmission fluid Overflow Tube

Does it exist
If you put to much trany fluid in the transmission or ACD fkuid in is there actually a Tube that will release the fluid until it gets to normal level. I just got my clutch installed and It lloked like I had a tranny leak but the guy said it was from a trany fluid overflow tube just want to know if it really does exist because he said they are in every car in the world.

Take a look at it again. Make sure they weren't just sloppy and didn't wipe off excess or spilled fluid after they filled the tranny up. If it really is leaking, go back to they guy who did the clutch job. Ask him to fix it. If he doesn't, smack him with a glove and tell him you "demand satisfaction". Lol.

tell him to show you the overflow tube lol.

Is it leaking in between the transfer case and tranny? Thats a common spot for it to leak, there is a small o-ring that goes in between them that ive seen get left out before.

+1... if they rush it and pinch it putting the tcase back on the tranny then it will leak. Pictures or description where the leak is?
