Bolt-on EvoX GSR at MAP Proving Grounds @BIR
Pump gas, stock clutch, 280whp on dyno dynamics with intake, testpipe, catback, and tune by DB Performance.
After flogging on the car all morning doing autoX, I pulled over to the drag strip and let'r rip! Nothing fancy here but I had fun, this was my first time ever drag racing.
First run:
Second run:
Third run was the same, 13.3@106, high 1.9 60'
Fourth run I took someone's advice and switched the AWC from TARMAC to GRAVEL mode:
Anyone else know if this is a legit thing? Seems to have helped me
Fifth pass was my last pass of the weekend. All of the passes I crossed the line at about 7000rpm. On the last pass, I crossed the line at ~7300-7400 and was pumped, I'm going faster! Got the slip and it was like 13.8@103mph....oops, clutch is slipping! Parked it, then went to go get some race gas for the next day, and zippity doo, the clutch won't hold in any gear above anything but 1/10th throttle.
Had the time of my life though, new clutch going in soon and I'll be back!

Your launched is what helped you. AWD cars should be in the 1.8s easily tarmac, gravel, or snow setting wont matter at that point.
good times thou. Saw a lot of cars that didn't perform as well.
