AWD Motorsports Bastard EVO.. 8.9@159mph.. 1st EVER Mivec & Stock ECU in the 8's!!

Well we set out to do 1 thing the last 2 days and that was 8s on stock Ecu.. Yesterday we were very close with a 9.02.. Today on the 1st pass a stock fuel line in the rear split open in 4th gear and ran the car so lean it shut off and ran 9.48@118mph.. Luckily my mechanic could get under the car Mcgyver it with some other loose line on the car and get it back in action.. With 5 minutes before staging lanes close we made it.. That pass the car ran 8.9@159mph with a 1.45 60ft..

It was meant to be i guess.. hard work pays off and it seems when you set your mind to doing something it can be done.. Last time we ran 8s was in my black car and we pulled a tcase from a customers and our car in the 120 degree sun and swapped them.. That next pass the car ran 8.75@163mph.. Once again, if you put your mind to it then it can be done..

I have to thank everyone involved but i will do a better writeup tomorrow and some video as i have to run right now.. Just wanted to get the official word out.. Buschur, Shep, Forced Performance, my crew THANK YOU!!!

Btw.. The car drove back on the trailer as usual.. So this car now has 23-25 9 second passes & 250 Dyno pulls all on the same Buschur 2.0L 10:1 Aluminum Rod motor.. NOTHING more needs to be said..

1st Mivec 8 Second Evo..

Next goal is 8.41 & 175mph with our black beast which I have dubbed " MostH8d "..
