By the way guys, Al is insane. I have seen him do tons of doughnuts in a Viper and 911 Twin Turbo Porche. :-)

With a new clutch and bigger Injectors, your current setup should yield even better numbers.

Congrats again!

Thanks bro

I was wondering how the ride is with the Tein Flex. Do you have EDFC also? How do the Teins compare to the stock springs and dampers, when on the softest settings? When I get an Evo, I will have to drive in the city a lot, and the ride quality is a factor. Are the Teins capable of being adjusted to softer than stock?
No EDFC - the ride is stock like when set soft and crazy race car firm on the hardest setting - man that sucker handles amazing on the firm - its really go cart hard

It was only a matter of time before someone busted into the 11's. The question now is who's going to be the first to 10's!

Al, congrats
Think they'll let people run 11's with no cage at the shootout?

Al, like I told you on the phone we are looking forward to the shootout to not only meet you but run against you in the finals . Yer car is most certainly moving out with the quickness.

Congrats again on the very first EVO VIII in the 11's

We'll have to have a beer afterwards ! I tell you you guys are going to be HARD to beat with that latest dyno sheet you just posted! I'm sure you got something special cooking under that hood - the trq curve is just INSANE. I do have a nice GT30 turbo I am putting in now to get ready for the non NOS shootout race - but I am not sure on the sizing of the back housing and it may take me some time to get it all dialed in

Also - I have never tried that PRO tree - so i am going to have to try and find some time to pratice a bit before the race

I tell you - its prob going to be a great race - and looks like there will be many VERY fast evos showing up - even if my car is not finished I plam to attend for sure

1st into the 11's good job Al. Wish I had your money flow curious what times you would've run without spraying, maybe 12.2-.4 ? I feel that the nos had alot to do with the cooling of the intake charge that day. It may have been just the right recipe for this crappy hot/humid weather. Hope you come along to Summit Point and test the TRUE potential of the Evo The 1/4 mile is only a small piece of what that car is capable of. Good luck with the upcoming meet

I think that once you get used to a pro tree you'll never want the "sleeping" tree again
