Issue with passenger front....

First off I posted this in 2 sections because I cant figure out what could be causing it. My car is a 05 Evo 8 with 59k and when I'm going 40mph I hear humming from the front right side. When I jerk the wheel like 15 degrees right it goes away and when I let it straight it starts again. There is also popping noises over bumps but I think those are bad shocks. Could it be the shocks causing this issue?

Check to see if the strut is leaking fluid. If so, strut is toast. Replace. The upper strut mount can also fail over time. Not too bad of an idea to replace after a while too.

And do NOT double post.

The car has an o2 housing, boost controller and a tbe. Do you think I should just try visiting a dealer so they check it out under warranty?

Cannot void that work, has nothing to do with the engine.
