Brembo slotted rotors

Just threw them on and am pretty impressed with performance, not leaps and bounds beyond stock but a definite upgrade, has anyone else had this experience?

and I put on new hawk hps pads with these

i'm putting the same stuff on my car soon... have them in the boot waiting to go in, waiting for the goodridge lines in the mail.... tell me more about i, any diffrence?

one thing is holding me back from upgrading to slotted or drilled rotors and thats the fact that you can't resurface them...might as well stick with the blanks

yes the slotted rotors definitely helps and definitely will be noticed, and you can never go wrong with brembos!!........but the pads is what you will feel the most after you change it.......especially the hawks....they are awesome!!

you want to upgrade because even a re-surface rotor is no where near as good as a two piece slotted. gets rid of heat quicker and easier

The two piece rotor set up is lighter too!!!!!!

Ya, resurfacing is just a temporary patch type of deal or cheap way out of buying new rotors..........temp. fix if either you dont care that much or if u dont have the money at the moment..........

two piece would be the way to go, except not really the cash flow for that right now..... OK though, brembo slotted> oem....keep in mind that on BOTH set ups I had Hawk HPS pads that were new, Brembo slotted rotors hands down great investment, although not nearly as yuo may see with Ferrodo pads and two piece rotors(obviously!)

For rotors and pads the Performance Friction Corp stuff is the best hands down, I've tried several different options on all my cars and the Performance Friction is better than even the most expenssive stuff like AP.

I took pictures (cant seem to post them) of what the AP vs PFC rotors looked like. Not to mention that the PFC lasts longer and doesnt warp.

Not bad of a pad at all, but they eat the slots in the rotors much quicker.

you can only resurface so many times (one propably). lol. Rotors have a minimum thickness. How much did you pay? I might get a big brake kit.
