Can I use Motul 5.1 brake fluid on my Evo 9

I just ordered a Stage II Brake Package from CVR Motorsports. It includes pads, steel braided lines and Motul 5.1 brake fluid . I think the Motul 5.1 may be incompatalbe with the dot3 and dot4 Evo 9 requirement. I know the RBF600 works with my car but they were out of stock.

Do you know for sure if the Motul 5.1 is an issue???

Has anyone used Motul 5.1 on their Evo? Any issues?

Motul 5.1 is compatible with dot 3 and dot 4 fluids. You'll be fine.

The one that is a no- go on the setups is DOT 5.0.

I have no idea why they did DOT 5.0 and 5.1. It's just dumb to do the naming for those, and I think someone was asleep at that meeting.
