Caliper piston sizes

Anyone know the caliper pistons sizes front and rear for the stock Brembos? I searched and couldn't find it.

I'm mostly interest in the brake bias potential if I mixed and matched these into another setup.

I have the caliper piston diameters at home, but I don't have the MC diameter. If any of you have that, let me know.

On the brake bias, you have to upsize the rear rotor substantially to get the bias just right. I'm doing the same type of project.
