two step on autronic

I am making this post for a buddy of mine that is running autronic on his evo 8. We recently just heard rumors about being able to send your ems out to autronic and they will be able to put a two step launch on the computer! He wants a two step with fuel cut and ignition cut not the anti lag that he already has. Is this just a rumor or has somebody actually done this before and how do you like it?

Thanks
Chris
