The AMS K1 Mitsubishi Evolution X H Beam connecting rods are made from billet 4340 Steel. Every rod consists of closely monitored material mechanical properties for optimal performance. These rods are made with bronze wrist pins and ARP 2000 fasteners.

what is the difference between these and the manleys??

These are H beam rods whereas the Manley are I beam's. I beams are a stronger rod meant for larger HP applications. An H beam rod in this application should be suitable for around 600whp
