TiAL's new recirculating BOV....
As some of you might know, folks at TiAL have been working on a re-circulating BOV. The goal for this unit is to be able to flow the same amount of air as their very popular vent to atmosphere unit
We have one of the two units in existence here at AMS and we are currently testing it on our brand new EVO X....
Here are some pictures of the product:
Pictures of the unit installed on our EVO X:

What I am still trying to figure out, how will this fit on my Evo 8. I am currently running a Forge RS which sits on my intake pipe and the second line coming from the upper intercooler pipe. Since the TiAL Bov does not have a side entrance like the forge, I don't see a way to connect. Maybe I am missing something, can someone help me out, thanks.

it's not a unit that will directly replace anything, this unit is going to require a new intake/IC pipe

I'm using the injen uicp and intake kit, what exactly is involved in using the bov? I'm also using the Forge Rs at the moment. Does this have less flutter than the Forge unit?

you would have to cut/weld in the flange in the optimal position on the UICP and then enlarge the hole for the return in the intake to the correct size

Thanks for the quick response. So how is the flutter though in say 5th gear? Does the bov come w/the flange as well?

if you get flutter in 5th gear at WOT it's not the bov, it's the compressor wheel on the surge line...
