Ok when i hit my test button the pump so like its plusing, not smooth liek say a fuel pump. Is this how its supost to sound? Also i rana 50/50 mix of meth and water to test it out. And while holding the gas at 3,000rpm and pressing the test button the gauge shakes between 60-80 (not sure if this is right) and the engine really does not stumble much if at all. I have 280 cams so it does not run that smooth any ways. thanks guys

Yes it is a pulsating pump so it sounds like you are fine. When you hit the test button with the engine at idle it should stumble and almost die. If the engine is not at idle it will only stumble a little. If you still aren't sure just drain the fluid out and test it with pure water only. Just be sure to drain the prime out of the lines also if you do an open air test with water, you don't want any alky getting on the car as you probably already know.

Yup, the pump pulses. But the spray pattern coming out of the nozzle is smooth and consistent flow. You should see ~100psi, not 60-80psi. Some people, including me had this same low psi problem. Try flipping the dip switch #1 on the side of the smc controller box. It should raise your pressure to ~100psi.
