Do i Need Reflash for Apexi..!!

Do i need a reflash or ECUFlash to use one of they Apexi tunning tools.??
im soon to be getting the Apexi Neo A/F..

If your useing the NEO you do not need a reflash for your ecu! Make sure you know what your doing before you mess with the eco or take it to a shop and let them install/tune your car if you dont understand what your doing. You can harm your motor! Good luck!
