I dont think those are the same. My buddy has the AVC-R, I will ask him.

About $150 and I think Lancer Shop also carries the harness for Evo IX. I may go with an ECU flash, so my harness and SAFC2 may be up for sale shortly. Let me know if interested and I'll keep you posted.
