Apexi AVC-R on an Evo IX

I just installed my avc-r on my evo and my check engine light is on i checked the computer and it said it was a silonoid malfunction...but everything is running fine. the boost controller came with a siloniod and i replaced that however the electronic pug that goes into it was also replaced by the controllers own connection. so i have my stock silonoid plug just not hooed up to anything. i wanna know if thats the problem, can i sum how get the light to turn off or is it sumthing else?

Disconnect the battery for about 30 sec. or get a code reader/logger and clear the code.

Yes, this is true. Leave the OEM solinoid plugged in and/or capped.

was wondering the same question if anyone had the wiring diagram for the evo 9 as to where to splice the wires. i know it is different than the 9. The Apex'i website doesn't seem to have an updated diagram list

if someone wants to try this out lemme know. from what i found on the e-mail and tinkering around this seems to be right.

*disclaimer* i'm not responsible if this messes anything up lol.

edit: the colors are the colors of the ecu harness, NOT the avcr harness
