S-AFC II is it enough

i was wondering..if S-AFC II will be enough to use..instead of a stand alone EMS like power FC..in this case..

lancer 1.6 4g18 stock engine..

turbo kit with intercooler boost 7psi..

275cc injectors..

my question .. is it a waste of money to use apexi power FC in this case..?
i mean..the S-AFC II will get me the same hp that i would get if i used power FC..?

I would use an SAFC as a last choice, I would try to get something that has more control over the engine. It works well if you don't have other options.
