Get a flash or an MBC like every other Evo. What does this have to do with the SAFC?

You heard the AEM EMS is the only way to go? It amazes me how people buy these cars and know so little about them. AEM EMS is an extreme tuning solution that completely replaces your stock ECU. It's not necessary nor recommended until y ou're pushing about 550whp with a big turbo...

An MBC will both allow you to raise your max boost and reduce the taper significantly. For instance, you could raise it to 21psi (1.45bar), and it would only taper to 19psi (1.3bar) by redline...

I suggest you just get the package in my sig and enjoy the extra 70whp for such a low price.

get a mbc, or a good electronic boost controller.
AEM is a serious setup, and most people will make plenty of power on cheaper alternatives
