SAFC@ with aem uego

i was woundering has anyone else just took out their rear o2 out and used the wide band there? what numbers do you get? i also have BR settings and my numbers are high till im really on it

Just curious but wouldnt removing the rear o2 throw a CEL? I would just order a new bung for a few dollars and weld it in about 24 inches from the turbo and run the wideband in there. Thats where i have had the most reliable results at in the past.

I would agree, I'd think you'd want the sensor as close to the exhaust port as possible to get the most accurate and quickest readings but not so close as to be biased to a particular port's exhaust .

i have mine in the rear bung and it seems to work quite well. i did throw a cel, but i already did because of my test pipe.

If your Cat is in then the wide band will not read correctly. The cat is their to burn out emmision gasses. Probably would get a lean reading.

its fine i run mine the same way. just slower response time. but you will always throw a 0136 and a 0141

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape:
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

it cost me 30$ to get a bung welded on......... if u spend the money for the wideband wouldn't u want the correct reading????

id put the wideband about 20 inches or so away from the turbo.

that would be ideal.
