Drives: 05' Black Evo with SSL Package

RPM readings dont match

I got AFCII and the rpms wont match, I have it set correctly to evo specs and its on 2 cyl, not 4. It reads right at idle but when driving over 1,000 rpm its off by 150-200 roughly, does this mean I need a tune or something else wrong, Can someone advise Thanks
